About Me
I’ve been a yo-yo dieter all my life. I always hated exercise, but this new year and a history of diabetes in my family made me rethink that.
I have learned to love working out. Nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment I get after a good work-out session. I’m still learning a lot about doing the right exercises but I know I’ll get there. Eating healthy is something I’m trying to do too, not always succeeding but I won’t give up. So far I’ve lost 12 lbs and my goal is to lose 30 more.
