I am not afraid to give my humble opinion on any topic (for what is worth) but never expect me to be perfect. I, like many of you, rely on Google and my own personal experience to answer any health/weight loss related questions. I am also NOT afraid to admit when I have absolutely NO idea of what you are talking about if I am not educated in the matter (although most of the time I do a quick Google search nonetheless). I always advice my followers to follow their Doctors advice and to learn what works for them and their bodies.
I hereby also admit that:
-I don’t eat perfectly all the time.
-I miss workouts sometimes
-I have very bad sleeping habits.
BUT, I DO MY BEST TO BEAT THOSE FLAWS.
-I have forced myself to go the gym when I don’t want (and I have found that once there I feel great)
-I have asked my closed loved ones to help me stay on track when we’re eating out. It works most of the time, when they order extra cheesy nachos and I order a salad.
-And I wake up everyday with the notion that I only have one body and it is up to me to care of it, because no one else will!
So with that said, I still welcome all and every question, but again, don’t ever expect me to have the perfect reply.
